The Savoy Launches Royal Cocktail Menu To Mark Sapphire Jubilee

The world-renowned American Bar at The Savoy has launched a brand new cocktail menu inspired by auspicious Royal events to coincide with The Queen’s Sapphire Jubilee this June. Collecting these five cocktails together for the first time, The Royal Menu will feature historical cocktails from The Savoy’s American Bar that were created specially at the time to mark some of the UK’s most celebrated events alongside a brand new concoction, the Sapphire Jubilee Fizz.

From celebrating the wedding of Charles, The Prince of Wales and the late Diana, Princess of Wales in 1981, to marking the birth of Prince George in 2013, the cocktails in the Royal Flight span decades. Now, with the launch of the American Bar’s new cocktail menu, Coast To Coast, Head Bartender, Erik Lorincz has created a brand new cocktail to celebrate The Queen’s Sapphire Jubilee. A heady blend of Star of Bombay gin, Oleo Saccharum, Violet Liqueur, Pineau de Charentes and Champagne, the beautiful blue hued Sapphire Jubilee Fizz is served in an Art Deco Martini glass and priced at £22. Launching on Saturday 3rd June 2017 and available to order individually or together as an extra special flight of mini cocktails for £55, The Royal Menu includes the following drinks:
