Car enthusiasts! Clarkson, Hammond and May want you for their Drive Tribe project!
Fans of Clarkson, May and Hammond are being encouraged to get involved with the trio’s brand new website for car enthusiasts.
The former Top Gear presenting team have issued a call-out to bloggers, vloggers and writers to apply to become ‘tribe leaders’ on their new website, Drivetribe.com, which aims to become the world’s biggest website for motor fans. ‘Tribe leaders’ will oversee content created across a series of channels, to include video, gaming, galleries, editorial and interactive content.
“It’s set to become the largest digital motoring platform online – a supercharged destination for anything and everything that has wheels” reads the blurb on the website.
“Gamers have got Twitch, travellers have got Tripadvisor and fashion fans have got, oh, something or other too,” said Hammond. “But people who are into cars have got nowhere. There’s no grand-scale online motoring community where people can meet and share video, comments, information and opinion. Drivetribe will change that.”
Drivetribe.com launches this Autumn, to tie in with the premiere of the trio’s Amazon series The Grant Tour – although the two projects are not connected.
