The show will now run for fifty minutes, on Thursday nights.  In the first episode, Jo Brand chats to a panel of celebrity Bake Off fans, looking at all the goings-on from the tent. Jo will shine a spotlight on the best and the worst moments from the latest episode, with exclusive footage from inside the tent, analysis from special guests and an interview with the baker who left that week. Plus, as always, the audience at home and in the studio will be able to show off their bakes, from the delightful, the delicious to the downright disastrous. Kicking off the series, Jo is joined by brand new GBBO judge Prue Leith, as well as a panel of famous Bake Off fans who'll give their take on the 12 new bakers and their debut bakes. Will the fruity signature prove too much of a challenge for some? How will Prue's first ever Technical Challenge - a kids' teatime favourite - go down? And how will the new bunch of bakers cope with the trickiest showstopper ever set in week one - illusion cakes?
