Summer of Hugos: The Vincent Launches Bottomless Brunch Hugos.
This summer, the team at The Vincent are putting their mark on Hackney’s Brunch scene with the launch of bottomless gin cocktails. Set to the sound of their vintage record player, brunch at the Vincent will combine expertly mixed cocktails with updated brunch classics.
Priced at just £17 and available exclusively at weekends, guests will be able to enjoy 90 minutes of free flowing Processco or Hugos, The Vincent’s signature cocktail of gin, processco, elderflower and mint alongside dishes such as 12hr Dingly Dell Pork Hash with poached eggs, fried potatoes, peppers and chorizo as well as House Made Waffles with buttermilk fried chicken with bacon and maple syrup. Elsewhere on the menu will be Vegeree with spiced sweet potato, halloumi, candied and golden beetroot fritter, lightly curried rice, soft boiled egg, fresh herbs and a mango pickle.
“Our huge terrace is the perfect al fresco dining spot to while away these long summer days with good friends, refreshing cocktails and indulgent brunch dishes” says co- founder Richard Temple.
Having opened its doors back in May, The Vincent is the latest project of Charles Ross, Jamie Hempseed and Richard Temple who have previously transformed both the Miller Pub in Bermondsey into a hub of Craft Beer and comedy and the Sebright Arms on Hackney Road from a boarded-up pub awaiting demolition to an East End institution. The Vincent is an all-day restaurant bringing together the best bits of what you want from your local restaurant; from grabbing a pastry for breakfast, to enjoying a long brunch with friends on the weekend or a burger and a beer after work.
