Back In Action: Netflix set date for Cameron Diaz comeback movie

New film to drop January 17th.

Netflix have confirmed ‘Back In Action’, the new film starring Cameron Diaz and Jamie Foxx will be released on 17 January, 2025.

Years after giving up life as CIA spies to start a family, Emily and Matt find themselves dragged back into the world of espionage when their cover is blown. Back in Action is directed by Seth Gordon (Horrible Bosses, Baywatch), from a script he co-wrote with Brendan O’Brien.  

The cast also includes Andrew Scott, Jamie Demetriou and Glenn Close.

This project marks Diaz’s first live-action feature film in ten years, when she was last seen in ANNIE.
