The Plot: Suburbia Transported to Prehistory
The premise centers on the Platt family, an average suburban household living on Oak Street.
The Event: A mysterious cosmic anomaly uproots Oak Street, severing it from modern civilization and dropping the entire residential strip into an unknown, dangerous wilderness inhabited by prehistoric creatures.
The Realization: When utilities cut out and neighborly boundaries dissolve, mother Denise Platt realizes their home is no longer in suburbia.
The Fight for Survival: Armed with whatever tools they can scavenge—from shotguns to fire pokers—the Platts and their neighbors must barricade their homes and stick together to survive an ecosystem of ancient apex predators.

The Trailers & Title Change
Originally developed under the working title Flowervale Street, Warner Bros. officially rebranded the film to The End of Oak Street during its marketing push.

Release Date
The End of Oak Street releases wide in theaters and IMAX across the United States and in the UK on August 14, 2026.
