Fearne Cotton has pulled out of a planned interview on BBC Radio 2, following reports that she was seen kissing TV director Elliot Hegarty, 53, who has worked on shows including racey Disney+ hit Rivals, during a night out with friends on Thursday.

It comes just weeks after the presenter confirmed the breakup of her marriage.

Fearne had been due to guest on The Scott Mills Breakfast Show this coming Wednesday, but has now pulled out.

Fans can still hear her present her prerecorded show Sounds of the 90s tonight, but it’s not yet known if she will still record next weeks programme.
