Dragon’s Den, 8pm, BBC One
Refy Beauty co-founder and CEO Jenna Meek returns to the Den, joining Peter Jones, Deborah Meaden, Steven Bartlett and Touker Suleyman as they assess a fresh batch of entrepreneurs.
Among the pitches: a London tech founder introduces a phone call–first dating app; a Harrogate creator offers a glamorous upgrade to a camping staple; two school friends present their range of gut-friendly fermented products; and a product designer-turned-founder showcases DIY headphone kits for children designed to cut waste while turning a profit.
The Apprentice: Flowers, 9pm, BBC One
This week, the candidates are tasked with transforming petals into profits in a twist on Lord Sugar’s very first challenge from 20 years ago. Alongside selling flowers to the public, teams must design and deliver ambitious floral installations for corporate clients.
While one team’s business flourishes, the other faces a bouquet of setbacks — culminating in one candidate being cut from the competition.
Murder on Knife’s Edge, 9pm, ITV1
A look into the tragic case of Wayne Coventry. After ending an 18-year relationship with his childhood sweetheart, the 37-year-old father-of-three entered a toxic new romance that ultimately led to his murder in October 2019.
Spain with Michael Portillo, 8pm, 5
Michael ventures beyond Ibiza’s nightlife and luxury yachts to uncover the island’s rich and ancient heritage. He begins at a traditional well party celebrating Ibiza’s historic water wells, where locals perform the Ball de Pagès, a folk dance dating back to the 13th century.
Later, in Ibiza Town’s Dalt Vila, Michael navigates the famously narrow streets — so tight that even his hotel buggy struggles to pass through.
