The BBC has scrapped its traditional early evening highlights programme in favour of a single 11pm edition of Today at Wimbledon, which will feature highlights from the day’s play without presenters.

Yes. While the BBC has changed its highlights offering for 2026, fans can still catch up with all the day’s biggest moments each evening.
This year’s Today at Wimbledon will air at 11pm on BBC Two and BBC iPlayer, showcasing the best matches, key moments and interviews from the Championships.
However, the format has changed significantly. The BBC has dropped its traditional early evening highlights programme, instead opting for a single late-night highlights show. The programme will also not feature presenters, marking a departure from previous editions that were fronted by familiar BBC faces.
How to watch Wimbledon live on TV
The BBC’s live coverage begins from the All England Club on Monday 29 June.
Isa Guha presents the morning coverage on BBC Two, beginning at 10.30am on the opening day and 11am from day two onwards, before Clare Balding takes over the afternoon and evening coverage on BBC One.
As the tournament reaches its conclusion, Andy Stevenson will present coverage of the wheelchair finals.
The BBC’s studio team includes John McEnroe, Martina Navratilova, Billie Jean King, Tim Henman, Tracy Austin, Pat Cash, Annabel Croft, Kyle Edmund, Eugenie Bouchard and Jamie Murray, providing analysis throughout the fortnight.
Fans can also watch every match from all 18 courts live via BBC iPlayer, the BBC Sport website and app, and the Red Button through the Wimbledon Extra channel.
